I have completed my Level 2 Sound Healing Training with Irene Ingalls of the Seattle Sound Temple, and Level 3 Gong Training with Wayne Marto of Beneficial Sound.  I have been playing Sound Baths with Aimee Arendsee of Indivara Sound & Healing Arts since January 2023.  I am adept as a Reiki Practitioner and Teacher (practicing and teaching since 1999) and licensed as a registered nurse.

Sessions are offered both in-person and virtual to accommodate the needs and preferences of my clients.

The frequency of sessions depends on the individual and their goals. Some clients prefer to meet weekly, while others may meet bi-weekly or monthly.
